How can I buy?

It is very simple, you just have to register with a personal or company account and add to your “shopping cart” the products you want. To place your order, simply follow the steps indicated on the website.

Do I need to register to buy?

Yes, but you will only have to complete the registration process once: when you place your first order. Once registered, you will have access to the user area and you will be able to modify your personal data whenever necessary. Remember that it is important to keep them updated.

How can I recover my password?

If you forget your password, you will be able to reset it through a link that we will send to your e-mail address whenever you need it.

Is it mandatory to enter the NIF or passport number?

Yes, it is necessary to register your CIF, NIF or passport number, even if you do not need an invoice.

Can I purchase items as a company? How will I receive my invoice?

Yes, you only need to create a company account and add all the fiscal data correctly. The invoice is included with each of your orders, but it can also be consulted online through your user access.

Can I buy from any country in the world?

Yes, but it is important to note that for orders from Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and any country other than Spain, you must contact tienda@editorialculturaliquida.com to manage the order with all the guarantees.

Is it safe to buy online?

All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment: the information travels encrypted over the network and your credit card details are not recorded in any database.

What are the delivery times?

The expected delivery time for shipments to Spain is 2-5 business days, to the rest of the EU countries is 5-10 business days and shipments to the rest of the world is between 10 and 17 business days. All from the date of shipment.

Do I have to pay customs duties and import taxes?

Due to the different customs and import duties policies in force in each country, Editorial Cultura Líquida cannot give any guarantees regarding these types of tax charges.

What currency can I pay in?

All orders are calculated and processed in Euros (€). Please note that if your bank account is associated with another currency, the exchange rate that will determine the final amount will be determined automatically by the bank and not by Editorial Cultura Líquida.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

Yes, within 14 days from receipt of order. The product must be unused and must be shipped in the same condition in which it was received. You must contact our customer service by e-mail providing the order number and proof of purchase. The shipping cost of returned items will not be refunded.
